The foundation stone of this company was laid By Mr O.P.Lohia who is currently the chairman of the company. He started the company in the year 1970 and the business was then restricted only to State Govt Hospital and Central Medical Store.

Slowly the diversification came into Central Govt Organisation and Business with Railways started and this company became one among only few Permanently Registerd Supplier with Indian Railways Hospital. As the time and need changed, the diversification towards manufacturing of Hospital Furniture came with entry into Private Sector. Business along with Private Corporate Hospital started with new concept building products in consumables and specialised products. Now the company is 43 years old with more than 26 people in direct pay roll of the company. With Head office in Kolkata business is flourished in Entire Eastern India.
